COVID-19 - delivery times significantly affected by shipping delays
Standard delivery time 15 working days
Items are sent with Tracking and a signature is required when your package has arrives. If you are not home to receive your package a card will be left in your mailbox and you will need to go to your local post office to collect your package. Please note that ID is required.
Items unavailable in domestic warehouse will be shipped from non-domestic warehouse. Delivery time will be 10-15 working days.

RETURN POLICY
qbexe is committed to provide quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied, please return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Conditions apply.
To return a product just email us and we will send you Return Authorization number and address. Return postage paid by buyer.

1. You can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery and return the product
2. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product
3. You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
4. After receiving the returned product, we will issue refund or a store credit as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
5. We reserves the right to make changes to Change of Mind Policy without notice.
